香港科技大學實戰少林武術學會於一九九六年九月以「實戰少林拳班」成立，一九九七年六月正式成立學會。教練為香港武術聯會傳統武術顧問梁國豐師傅。實戰少林並不是一個門派，而是一個學會的名稱。因本會教練會教授多個門派，而這些門派與少林也有關係，所以統稱為少林；實戰的意思是本會練習方法以單招手法為主,注重手法和功法的鍛鍊,所以定名為「實戰少林武術學會」。

The Shaolin Martial Arts Society is a society dedicated to providing aspiring students to learning and practicing the techniques of Shaolin Kung Fu. Whether you are completely new to martial arts or are looking to add another martial art to your list, you are welcome to join as our master will cater towards your level of proficiency.

Our master, Leung Kwok Fung, is a specialist in Mantis and Hung gar style Shaolin yet also can teach other styles such as Law Hon Mun, Eagle Claw and Wing Chun among others.

本會教學內容豐富,手法以太極螳螂、洪佛派、洪拳及羅漢門為主，並配合其他門派如鷹爪翻子門、詠春、蔡李佛、七星螳螂、西藏白鶴等拳法。因各學員有不同喜好，所以將教學分為三部分:

(1) 武術：練習不同門派拳術、兵器單練和雙人對策 , 單招手法；

醒獅：練習南方傳統佛山獅基礎、出洞、上樓台、採青。

(2) 搏擊 : 練習擂台打法，基本功、拳腳、膝肘

Our lessons will have 2 parts:

(1) Martial arts: sets of skills from different kung fu styles, weapons; Lion dance basics

(2) Free Fight techniques: practical combating skills refined by Master Leung.
