Whether you want a relaxing weekly exercise or high-level competition, our Rowing Club fits your pace. Unlike dragon boating, rowing uses sleek, narrow boats where you sit on rolling seats and pull long oars to glide backward down the river. We welcome everyone and help members develop fundamental skills from scratch. You can keep it recreational or, if you're looking for a challenge, outstanding club members will be recruited to join the HKUST Rowing Team to represent the university in inter-varsity competitions.
